My Grocery list

 

Fresh Fruits and vegatables: Asparagus,carrots,mixed lettuce, brocolli/Brocollini,spinach,green beans, Zuchinni, Sweet Potatos, Red Potatos,Mushrooms, frozen or fresh berries, Mango, Lemon, Tomato, Bananas.

Sauces/Seasonings: Black pepper, Sea Salt,Fresh ginger, Fresh Garlic, organic nut butters, Almond milk.

 

Protein:

Lean animal proteins (grass fed if possible)

Salmon, Lamb,Tilapia, Tuna, Chicken Breast, Ground Turkey, Eggs, Hummus, BN labs vegan protein powder

Fats:

Coconut Oil, raw mixed nuts, Avocado, Natural nut butters, peanut butter

Grains:

 Brown rice, quinoa,organic rice cakes, oatmeal, Ezekiel bread

Cheats:

one small pint of vanilla ice cream
