-45min long workouts
-Home workouts - dumbbells & bands used for workouts. If you don’t have them you can still do the workouts anyway. You can also do these workouts at the gym.
-prizes - 1st place $500, 2nd place - $400, 3rd - $300

-Meal guides included for weight loss/gain & grocery list for PLANT BASED- please keep in mind this is not 1 on 1 training. ( I do upload a plant based grocery list)
-I will do a live video giving tips on how to stay consistant and disciplined. will also allow for a Q&A
-Access to workouts for 1 MONTH once challenge ends(8 weeks total).

I love that she includes a meal plan, work outs, stretches and warm up, and is personally available to answer and questions or concerns. This challenge is not just going to last me 20 days. I've never been able to stick to working out but this challenge has helped me get into the habit of not only working out but also pushing myself harder than I have.
