-Home & gym based workouts - dumbbells & bands used for workouts. If you don’t have them you can still do the workouts anyway. You can also do these workouts at the gym. ( LIVE WORKOUTS WILL BE AT HOME)
-prizes - 1st place $500, 2nd place - $300, 3rd - $100 gift card to my website
-March 3rd is the last day to enter to win, after that you can still join but not eligible for a prize.
-Workouts are LIVE AND SAVED on the private Instagram account @20dayspringchallenge
-Meal guides included for weight loss/gain & grocery list for PLANT BASED- please keep in mind this is not 1 on 1 training. ( I do upload a plant based grocery list)
-I will do a live video giving tips on how to stay consistant and disciplined. will also allow for a Q&A
-Access to workouts for 1 MONTH once challenge ends
