I appreciate and loved that the workouts were challenging and paced appropriately. Not a bunch of exhausting cardio, but weights and a nice variety of beneficial exercises. The pace allowed you to feel and achieve lasting results! Hope to see more!!!
I love doing Morgans work out challenges coupled with healthy eating is a must. I have invested in a lot of workout programs from others who claim to be the best but the proof is always in the pudding . What I have noticed is time after time Morgan’s workouts to be concise ,informative , & effective without a bunch of calorie counting. Definitely a great way to stay in shape, keep my glowing youthfulness after having children and stay inspired. Thx Morgan keep up the great work honey !

Loved the playbacks as they work with my schedule.
As I'm living in the UK I couldn't join the challenge at the time it was live, but I still enjoyed following the classes. I felt it could have been a bit faster and more challenging, but I upped my weights and modified to make is more difficult for myself.
I had been failing at working out, but having set myself up for the challenge, I have followed through and am very happy to have achieved it.
It would be better if the video could be paused and skip forward, but I guess that is more up to Instagram (but maybe a different platform could be considered).
Still enjoyed it and would join again for another challenge further along.
