In this program you’re given 12 weeks worth of booty workouts.
You can do these workouts at home or in the gym.
Please do not do glute focused workouts more than 2-3 times a week. I’ve given you two to do per week.
I've added a few extra bonus workouts you can add into your weekly routine to help tone other body parts.
Feel free to go through this program as many times as you want.
You can choose the days you do your glute workouts. Just be sure to keep them 2-3 days apart
